DP_04
DP_04 is a small one-storey house with an area of 88m2. The house is located in the Polish city of Navenczow. A house with free planning, easy to change in the future. At the moment, the house consists of two bedrooms and a guest kitchen. The house will accommodate 2 people. And the main highlight of this house is its implementation in passive technology.
What is passive technology? This is a kind of thermos house. Which is made on a foundation slab wrapped in expanded polystyrene. Well warmed, and most importantly devoid of thermal bridges. This helps to significantly reduce the cost of maintaining the house, and in combination with solar panels or a heat pump can be reduced to almost zero.

In addition to reducing the cost of maintaining the house, one of the main goals was to try to minimize the cost of construction. And in the end we managed to achieve the cost of the house lower than the price of an apartment in Poland. And this without loss of quality.
